Thesis Topic: The main focus of the thesis is university industry technology transfer activities, and commercialization of academic research results through patenting, licensing and spin-off company formation. Main institutional and organizational settings and the individual skills, attitudes and the incentives of faculty members to interact with industry are the further questions of the thesis.
